But at first, be aware about any COW! Yes It can come to your command window all on a sudden. So
type  apt-get moo. You will see this -

Now install a program which will enable this COW a talking cow. Install COWSAY.

If you want your COWS to say random sentence then install FORTUNE.

Now combine those by executing command as fortune | cowsay
