HOW TO FORMAT PENDRIVE/USB HARDISK IF IT DOESN'T FORMAT

In case you are failing deliberately to format your flash drive or pendrive or USB memory card and getting these messages

Then you have to force format the disk. To  do this you have to do the following :
Start > Run > Type "diskmgmt.msc" without quote > Then right click on the removable disk area > click format > A prompt message will appear, click yes.
